I have always had a keen interest in complementary therapies, and my interest in reflexology developed when I witnessed the benefits this therapy gave my dad when he had cancer, and how it helped with his overall wellbeing.
I have diplomas in Reflexology, Remedial & Sports Massage and Swedish Massage as well as certificate in EMMETT Technique Professional Level.
I am based at Silverknowes on the west side of Edinburgh, and have a wide client base of people of all ages. They come for a variety of reasons, some for relaxation because of their busy life-style and others because they just need to promote a sense of well-being and for which Reflexology or Massage are wonderful therapies. In my massage treatments I will often incorporate other techniques when required, such as myofascial release and deep tissue work as well as EMMETT technique muscle release therapy. EMMETT technique can also be used as a stand alone therapy.
